KLYRO PRIVACY POLICY

Klyro helps you organize accounts, payments, savings, and other financial information. This policy explains the information we use to provide the app and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
When you create an account, we collect information such as your email address, name, and sign-in details. We also process information you enter into Klyro, including cards, balances, paychecks, bills, memberships, savings goals, preferences, and support requests.
Connected financial accounts
If you choose to connect a financial institution through Plaid, Plaid facilitates that connection. Klyro receives the account and transaction information you authorize for features such as account views, payment planning, and insights. You can choose not to connect an account and can manage your connections. Plaid’s handling of information is also described in Plaid’s privacy policy.
Payments and memberships
If you purchase a Klyro membership, our payment provider processes the checkout. We receive information needed to manage your membership, such as its status and transaction identifiers. Payment providers handle payment information under their own privacy policies.
Device security and Face ID
If you enable biometric sign-in, your device checks Face ID or Touch ID. Klyro does not receive your face image or fingerprint. The app uses a device-protected credential to complete sign-in. Biometric sign-in is optional and can be turned off in Settings.
How we use information
We use information to operate your account, display your financial information, sync accounts you connect, calculate app features and insights, manage memberships, answer support requests, send important account notices, prevent misuse, and maintain the security and reliability of Klyro. Some features may process relevant financial information to generate personalized guidance.
Service providers and disclosure
We use providers that help us operate Klyro, including services for account authentication and storage, financial account connections, payments, hosting, and account emails. They process information as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.
Your choices
You can edit information you entered, disconnect supported financial accounts, control optional notifications and biometric sign-in, and request account deletion through the app. You can contact us about access to or deletion of your information at [KLYRO SUPPORT EMAIL]. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal, or accounting purposes.
Security and retention
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect your information. We keep information while needed to provide Klyro and for legitimate security, legal, or accounting needs, then delete or de-identify it when appropriate. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Changes and contact
